Our founder didn’t start in wellness: she started in the trenches of her own health battles. Like many of you, she did everything “right” according to conventional wisdom, yet her body told a different story. Weight gain despite good nutrition. The turning point came with a simple, powerful realization: conventional medicine wasn’t designed for this.
